In the morning of October 16th, president Sun Qixin investigated and guided campus layout and infrastructure construction on both northern and southern campuses in company of vice president Leng Changjian, Wang Wanzhong, the counselor for campus construction layout, principals from A&F Construction Department, Logistic Management Office, College of Veterinary Medicine etc, and his group further studied the construction plans of key projects for next stage.

Sun observed the site selection and layout of key projects, such as the 3rd phase of greenhouse construction for scientific research, new libraries in both southern and northern campuses, the gymnasium in southern campus, new building for scientific research, kindergarten, the center for animal experiments, student affairs center etc, which were under the construction layout.

According to Sun, the Construction Department should stick in the need of A&F medium-and-long term development strategy, contribute to the layout and construction of “Thirteenth five-year” period, to improve basic school conditions and provide teachers and students with favorable environment for their learning, working and living. Principals from President Office attended the investigation.
