In the morning of Sep.9th, as one of the series activities for A&F 80th anniversary of foundation and 15th anniversary of reorgnization, the founding ceromony of A&F College of Landscape Architecture and Arts was launched. Peng Youdong, CPC party member of State Forestry Administration and director of Science and Technology Division, and A&F president Sun Qixin unveiled the founding.

Zhao Zhong, A&F executive vice president, presided over the ceremony. More than 50 guests from different organizations and teachers and students from this apartment witnessed the historical moment of the department foundation, including China Agricultural University, Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology, Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts, other friendly departments and local government. On behalf of other friendly universities and Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture, Gao Xiang vice president of Huazhong Agricultural University made a speech about congratulation to the department establishment, and wished a better future.
