From April 12th to 13th , jointly organized by Office of Educational Administration and Youth League Committee, the 2nd undergraduate innovation and Enterpreneurship forum and achievement exhibition was held in the Xiushan activity center on north campus. President Sun Qixin and managing vice president Zhao Zhong attended the forum and gave valuable advices.
　
The forum theme was “ innovation, practice and promotion”. Since it was launched last December, the departments actively organized so that over 3,000 students took part in the forum. The forum divided into two parts: innovation and self-employment forums. The former had two sub-forums: college and department managements. Each department organized its own sub-forum and recommended the excellent works to the college forum. It produced 184 recommended works, including 43 agriculture works, 19 science works, 28 engineering works and 24 art and economic management works. The self-employment was organized by college, which received 70 recommended works. A&F arranged experts to judge the works according to work formation, the academic theoretical basis, innovation, advanced level, practical application value and development prospects, etc. Finally it produced 49 innovative excellent works and 10 entrepreneurship excellent works, including 5 outstanding winners, 12 first prizes, 18 second prizes, 24 third prizes, and 17 excellent guiding teachers. The forum also displayed the 59 excellent works in the Xiushan activity center on north campus, and classified 30 works into five types of communication parts in terms of agriculture, science, engineering, humanities and economic management, and self-employment.
